This week's custom is Sith Armour Darth Malak by Dark Horse

"I always loved the character, but his only released figure was absolute garbage. I was lucky enough to get one with an arm missing for $5. The listing didn't include the light sabre, but when it arrived, it was in the package, which was great.

The parts popped off pretty easily. I cut down the Sith Trooper's neck and used the barbell. The head didn't need modification, so just a hole dremelled in the ST's neck got the head to fit perfectly. The loincloth was a bit more tricky. I hade to dremel out the inside of the waist section until a tiny lip remained, then used the disc attachment to grind a channel around the waist. I popped the upped torso off, heated the belt and prised it into place. Lastly, I swapped out the hands for some MTF versions.

Very happy with the result. It's totally updated, without losing the vibe of the original. "
