George Lucas Updates The Masses On The Star Wars Live-Action TV Series

Star Wars creator George Lucas talked with the folks at IGN who revealed they have a script ready of a movie of the week and 50 hours worth of story written for the much anticipated Star Wars live-action television series, but that the technology just isn't quite there to make it within a realistic budget for a television series. Lucas thinks eventually the technology for making such things will eventually happen as the costs for making these things goes down, but as for how soon that will be, only time will tell.
