To a maestro of galactic proportions, a very Happy Birthday to the incomparable John Williams. pic.twitter.com/ZT5fsYmDeG

John Williams, wonderful man. Made so many good pieces like Sayuri : Memories of a Geisha, Harry Potter, etc.
A bit of useless trivia for the cameo appearance in the Rise of Skywalker scene:"The production had made a gallery of 51 items, each one from a film for which he received an Academy Award Nomination for original score in the scene."Think about this . . . Director JJ Abrams asked the props department to make 51 specialized pieces that were barely on screen for a moment and then probably destroyed after wrapup. He spent all that money to show appreciation to Mr Williams but didn't let us in on it. Such a shame and a waste.
Very nice!
A true genius in his field.
