Call Judge Jesse Ventura! It can be the first case for his new show!

Seriously though, I agree with the above posts. The more I read about it, the more it sounds like a sad little man upset that his glorified fan site didn't get him up close and personal to the Glamazon. JayMJay99 put the ball on the tee and knocked it out of the park with this one.

man you say it defenately right. I mean how did this guy expect this would end? I m her biggest fan too and i met her twice in person and can just say its true what the people say she is the nicest person you can meet. want to learn know the glamazon better!!! their is nothing wrong with it! in counterpart i also want to do and it means more for me than everything else in life their is no problem with that. but its the way how you try. I mean did he expect if he lives somewhere beth phoenix or anyone else in the world would come and say hello yeah lets meet, we come together we are the best friends if their comes an e-mail from someone whom you dont nowever from anywhere? in which world this guy lives?

mean i dont do it if i get mails from people l dont know (what i do through spam) and always stay in contact with them or say yeah lets me we are friends. i dont know what he expected. like someone earllier said no wrestler or star reguraraly uses his "official" fansite and sends permanently articles ot their fans. they dont have the time for it. didnt he believe a few words online or a fan site brings him close to the glamazon. if you want this what i know is possible you have to do it another way. like someone other said he seems to have the ego and not beth if he doesnt know to appreciate that he had the pleasure to communicate with the people he wanted to instead of complaining. he should be thankful to it and that he complains too that she just send him a christmas card with her signature shows his uncreditute . what so bad when she sends just a cristmascard? i think its nice and to appreciate. than he expects phone calls and all and its clear that beth cant communicate with him online the whole time this woman not to forget travels 300(+) days a year. he said it the begin she was nice, had good ideas for creating the fansite so what else does he want? she doesnt have the time for all these things. beth has no big ego she is a down to earth person you can ask whom you want who meets her and knows her. as i said she really appreciates her fans and is totally nice to them outside of wrestling. i asked her for photos and she made it with me and she was happy to do it. i looked around this guy posted this article now at several websites making beth looklike she is so horrible and most people shake the hand about his action. i dont know what he expected. after i met her two times i also fall totally in love with her and considered how to connect with her as i have a lot with her in common. i know people which know her and they all say the same she is not a bad person. believe me she is a great person in real life. they all the same she appreciates her fans and always takes time for them when someone comes to her. I know people which wrestle indie circuits which trained with her and other wrestler. after reading this several times in many days now i asked them about this and if you want to learn know a wrestler better whats the best oppurtunity. they said for sure not creating a fan site ,writting some nice words and hope at a phone call and believe yo come closer to someone telling him or her online how much you love them. of course it doesnt run so. if you want to become friend with a wrestler start to train. go to the training camps where they currently train , train yourself and than learn them now. so it worked for them too. thats the key it has to be personally. like someone else above mentioned too when he says approached her - YOU DONT APPROACH ANYONE when u talk to him online. thats no approaching you cant expect that anyperson will come and say yeah we are so good friends now to someone from any random place in this world, you dont know and never met in person. no normal adult can believe that this works. and its not hard to talk to her or to connect with her if you meet her personally, i expirienced and people which know her too. she even ones agreed of being friend with a young boy of circle champions which said he wants to be her boyfriend. their you see how awesome this woman is and reports of a man like this who lives in a dream world make the counterpart picture of her. if you want to come closer to a wrestler you have to go where they are, follow they same way, learn know where they train, sign up in programms and first you have to talk to them learn them know totally independend and like everywhere else in the world if u have common interests and trust in eachother after you met forawhile. but it has to be person not from somewhere behind the screen. so it runs if this is your goal my friends told me. it became my goal, that was also the time when i considered that i want to become a wrestler and train for it. but i will not creata an online fan site and expect writting her a couple of times we will be friends. and as said if the logo is used as hers she has a right to use it their is nothing with stealing. if he wanted to have it himself he would have need to make it coyright. as i said beth is a nice person which really appreciates her fans, nothing like this guy describes and i look forward to learn her know in PERSON when i start to train where she practices(FCW). i think u agree with when i say their is nothing wrong to have the wish to learn some wrestler better know but trying online is the wrong you have to know how to make.

There are a couple of problems I have with this story:

1. He approached her. Great, some kid wants to make me a website and call it "official," awesome. Yeah kid, go for it, I'll help you out, sure.

Did it ever cross his mind that she obviously didn't care much?

2. Again, he approached her, and said that he had no problem covering the costs and whatnot. Therefor, he lost all rights to complain. She was probably saying "so you want to do all of this for me for free? Sweet." Boo hoo, she only sent a Christmas card. Waaah.

3. Did he apply for a legal trademark or patent on his logo? And even if he did, I would think Beth Pheonix's employer would have the right to content on her "official website" if she said they could use it.

That's the problem with all of this, the kid made her an "official" website, implying that she also has ownership rights. Apparently he was too cool for school to be just another "fan site." I don't feel bad for the kid at all. What did the kid expect? To be pandered to? You're all the way in Ireland and you expect to get news before people in the States? I mean really. How well can you be connected if you're that far away? I wouldn't call overseas either.

When I started reading the story, I thought this was some dude in Louisville. I just don't feel bad for him. I think he expected way too much and should have been happy with the opportunity he was given to interact with the people he did. Boo hoo she didn't feed you dog treats every time you barked. Come on...

I agree.

God forbid Beth be a busy person without enough time to kiss someone's ass.

This person bitched about other sites getting things first. It's not like Beth was giving the other sites the stuff just that those web masters went out and put some work into their fansites.

Last I heard Beth and her husband were split up and she was dating Cody (yes Rhodes) which could be some of the reason why he stopped sending stuff to the site.

It sounds like this person got the swelled head and ego and not Beth. I'd probably be a little snippy too if I had a fan bugging me all the time about crap like that. I don't know of many wrestlers or Divas that actually send alot of stuff or spend much time with their "official" sites.

If that logo was for Beth, a gift, I'd say that gives her the right to use it.

wow I'm feeling too lazy to read through all of that but I gotta say, some days when I'm digging muscle bound chicks - then Beth Pheonix comes to mind, that lucky webmaster!

Of course, saying they are stealing the logo is coming from the disgruntled employee, but I agree in your saying that this will be very interesting. Far more interesting than any of the Hogan legal troubles which we are bombarded with by the media, thanks to Hulk keeping us all up to date even if nobody wants to know, lol.

With him in Ireland, you'd think he would have made a Finlay site instead. Of course, it is a miracle that he was able to make any site at all considering that Ireland is filled with nothing but drunkards, car bombs, and leprechauns (at least, that's what the stereotypes have taught me @smilepunch@ )

LOL! Now, if the title said she screwed Johnny Ace, then it would explain why she gets the push she gets over my beloved (and the only Diva who actually gets tremendous pops from the crowd weekly) Mickie James. (I kid, I kid... Beth isn't bad at all, just not my favorite or even in my Top Five.)

Anyhoo, I wonder if the webmaster who is complaining is disgruntled to the point of slander or if Beth Phoenix really is as horrible as he makes her and her people sound. If all of the stuff that webmaster said is true, then you got to believe she's an egotrip waiting to rub the wrong people backstage in the wrong way.

Slander would be a stretch. That's his opinnion from working with her. Plus the guy lives in Ireland which would add another slew of problems.

Anyways , I wish him luck in his legal action against the wwe. As someone who was threatened by their legal department twice for using pictures of their talent(not even ones I got off their site) I find it hilarious they would steal someone elses image and am interested in how that will turn out. The TNA logo thing was a good idea. Getting in contact with any of their corporate people is a major pain in the ass.
