More Star Wars S.H. Figuarts Figures On Display At The 2018 Tokyo Comic Con

Jay Cochran - December 02, 2018
While we've seen all these figures on display at previous conventions, here is new looks at several other Star Wars based S.H. Figuarts figures Tamashii Nations had on display at their booth this weekend for the Tokyo Comic Con via various social media. Shown are Episode I Yoda, Wicket, Emperor Palpatine with throne, Boba Fett, Episode III Obi-Wan, Count Dooku and Last Jedi Luke Skywalker. It's unclear how many of these figures will actually see release or when.

I gotta get my hands on that Boba Fett. Count Dooku also looks nice with the force lightning coming from his hands. I'm happy to see that they did another Luke Skywalker from last jedi, this time with the light saber.

I have nothing against the SH Figuarts line, and if I had the funds, would likely be collecting them... But, what Imreallyeager for them to release, is more astromechs. The only Figuarts figure I own, which also happens to be a Star Wars figure, is their New Hope R2-D2. And it isphenomenal. Especially in how it scales perfectly and more accurately with the Black Series. Their own R2 is undersized. Figuarts all butnailedthe scale. But, ironically, the Figuarts C-3PO isoversized, so their R2onlygoes well with the Black Series 3PO, in my humble estimation.

So, with that being the case, Im eagerly anticipating R5-D4, and whichever other astromechs they want to produce.
