Re-Released Star Wars Jawa Sandcrawler Looking For New Home

Jay Cochran - May 01, 2004

Habro has announced in a recent Q&A, that the re-released Jawa Sandcrawler may not be released at all. This item was orginaly slated to be a Target exclusive, however it would seem the folks at Target have decided they do not wish to carry this item. Hasbro indicates they are still shopping this item around to other retailers to see if they can get it out to the collectors. We here at TNI can only hope that someone like Toys R Us will step up to the plate and bring this item to retail. It is perhaps one of the coolest and most realistic Star Wars vehicles from the orginal Kenner line. Shown above is a pictures of an orginal Sandcrawler orginaly released by Kenner back in the late 70's early 80's.
